The ARA Program seeks to enhance mentor competencies through a series of Train the Mentors workshops. The workshops will be offered in Fall 2023 and in Spring 2024. The Train the Mentors workshops are required training for all ARA Mentors. These workshops are open to all CNAS associate and full professors. The goal is to positively impact the mentoring capacity within CNAS.
